When you send an enquiry through this website, we receive:

• Your name and phone number. These are required — without them we cannot answer you.
• Anything else you choose to give: email address, nearest city, company name, the rating of your unit, what it is doing, and your message.
• Which products you shortlisted, if you sent a quote list. We receive the product references you chose, not the prices you were shown.
• The page you sent the enquiry from, so we know what you were looking at.
• Your IP address, used only to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one connection in a short time. It is not stored with your enquiry.

We do not ask for, and this website has no way to take, payment details, identity documents or account passwords. There are no user accounts.

To answer your enquiry and to quote for the work — nothing else. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for marketing messages you did not ask for.

• Our email provider. Enquiries reach us as an email sent through a third-party email service, so your enquiry passes through their systems in order to be delivered.
• Our hosting provider, which runs this website and keeps standard server logs.

Beyond that, your enquiry is seen by the people at Paramount Electricals who handle quotes.

The quote list is kept in your own browser’s storage. It never reaches us until you send it as an enquiry, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of work quoted or carried out.
